About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable company as a Construction Commercial Expert, utilizing your expertise in contract management, risk assessment, and commercial proposal development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze contract agreements to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct thorough commercial risk assessments to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Develop and implement construction commercial proposals to drive business growth.
- Resolve construction disputes through effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Oversee budgeting and financial planning to ensure project viability.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and sub-contractors through exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Prepare and submit quarterly reports to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Participate in project tenders to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in a related field, preferably in construction or commercial management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
