Job Description

As a Logistics Analyst Intern at Infineon Technologies, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for optimizing the company's supply chain operations. Your primary objective will be to support the Logistics team in various projects related to digitalization and decarbonization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support for Logistics Topics: Collaborate with various stakeholders across sub-teams (Warehouse Management, Transit Management, Quality Management, Engineering, and Analytics) to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Analyze Current Work Procedures: Conduct thorough analysis of Warehouse Operations, Transit Management, and Quality Operations to identify areas for productivity improvement and optimize automation.
  • Analyze Key KPIs: Investigate and address non-performance issues by analyzing key performance indicators.
  • Logistics Digitalization and Decarbonization Initiatives: Contribute to projects aimed at digitalizing and decarbonizing logistics operations.
  • Project Management: Manage the development of simple visualization dashboards.
  • Logistics Process Preparation: Assist in preparing logistics processes and training documentation, including Confluence page setup and e-content creation.
Internship Learning Outcomes:
  • Infineon Supply Chain Understanding: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Infineon Supply Chain and its full scope of logistics operations.
  • Digitalization Exposure: Be exposed to digitalization projects and their impact on logistics operations.
  • Project Management Skills: Develop project management skills through contributions to projects.
  • Business Environment Knowledge: Understand the business environment in Asia Pacific and Europe.
  • Communication Skills: Learn to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Academic Background: On track to attain a degree in IT, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering fields.
  • Programming Skills: Academic exposure in Excel Macro, Tableau, Python, or other programming languages is an advantage.
  • Analytical Skills: Possess good analytical skills with a passion for analytics dashboards.
  • Commitment: This is a 6-month internship opportunity, but candidates who can commit to a longer duration are welcome to apply.
