Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new product positioning, application data, and processes for existing products.
  • Identify and initiate major technology programs and innovation to meet business needs and strategic plans.
  • Engage with external partners, research institutions, and industry experts to drive innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technological advancements into product offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices throughout development and implementation phases.
  • Provide technical training to distributors and support regional prototype development and marketing materials.
  • Collect market trend and competitor intelligence to inform business decisions.
  • Support management in preparing presentations for key stakeholder meetings and customer visits.
  • Attend key projects review meetings and take meeting minutes.
  • Maintain laboratory standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to management as required.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Chemistry, or related science field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in technical service, application field, and a record of delivering results.
  • Work experience in skin care, cosmetic, or home care business companies or ingredient suppliers.
  • Experience in formulation development is an added advantage.
