Senior Audio Visual Systems Manager

We are seeking a skilled Audio Visual Systems Manager to lead our team in planning and maintaining AVL systems across various attractions. This role involves supervising a team to ensure timely maintenance and repair schedules are accomplished safely.
The successful candidate will develop and implement a structured Preventive Maintenance program, manage spares planning, and oversee third-party vendors for selected outsourcing works. Additionally, they will plan budgets, design, procure, and lead system improvement projects.
- Responsible for the planning and maintenance of AVL systems in all Attractions.
- Manage and supervise a team to implement and ensure that all maintenance and repair schedules are accomplished in a safe and timely manner.
Our ideal candidate possesses a degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Communication/Computer Engineering/Multimedia and Audio-visual Engineering with at least 5 years of supervisory experience in managing the design and installation of Audio-Visual and Lighting systems.
Candidates with prior experience working in an attraction or theme park setting are preferred. Strong knowledge of AV servers, PC/networking, PLC/Automation/control is also essential. The ability to perform shift work, weekends/public holidays, and work at height is required.
