Material Handling Equipment Technical Sales Representative

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Professional to join our growing team of industry experts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell technical service packages for lifting equipment.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable service solutions.
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues promptly.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and identify upselling opportunities.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and provide regular sales reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in technical sales or after-sales service, preferably in lifting equipment or related industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with problem-solving ability.
- Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical equipment is an advantage.
