At UTR, our goal is to raise the levels of Singapore football and build strong support systems to nurture the next generation of talents. We strive to rally the nation behind a shared dream through grassroots development, elite youth pathways, infrastructure, and community/fan engagement.

Our efforts focus on scholarships that aim to transform the development journey of exceptional student-athletes by exposing them to optimal training and competition environments both locally and overseas. These opportunities also support the professional growth and development of high potential local coaches through attachments to international clubs from matured football nations.

You will be responsible for Programme Management, including facilitating programme operations and ensuring the delivery of ActiveSG Football Academy programmes. Additionally, you will create ActiveSG Football Programmes seasonally on ActiveSG+, compile participant demographics and attendance for KPIs, and purchase equipment necessary for smooth execution. You will also coordinate with equipment contractors for regular maintenance works, gather documents for Assistant Coach recruitment, attend to payroll enquiries, and facilitate coach attendance at courses.

As part of Communications & Marketing, you will be responsible for social media presence, responding to public queries, building up digital assets, reaching out to a greater number of followers, and creating/maintaining a library of quality images for social media posts.

Requirements:
  • A Tertiary qualification in sports development, physical education, sports management, or sports science is an advantage.
  • Experience in programme development/management, preferably in sports, physical activity, or football.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
  • A team player with a genuine passion for football.
  • Strong influencing skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and sound judgement.
  • Strategic and systemic thinker with attention to detail.
