Personal Assistant - Transportation

As a Personal Assistant - Transportation, you will provide reliable and safe transportation for our Director to meetings, events, airports, and other personal or business-related destinations. This role requires a high level of discretion and confidentiality, especially regarding sensitive or private matters discussed in the vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and efficient transportation services to ensure the Director's comfort, privacy, and security during all transportation.
  • Maintain a flexible work schedule, including availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, or last-minute requests as needed.
  • Plan the most efficient and timely routes to destinations, accounting for traffic, weather, and other factors.
  • Keep the vehicle clean, well-maintained, and in excellent working condition at all times, including regular checks and servicing.
  • Handle all vehicle-related matters, including fueling, washing, and maintenance coordination.
  • Always maintain discretion and confidentiality, especially regarding sensitive or private matters discussed in the vehicle.

Requirements:
  • Possess a valid Class 3/3A driving license.
  • Able to drive EV car (charging station available).
