About Us
We are a leading healthcare provider seeking a dedicated Senior Clinic Assistant to join our team in Singapore.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working in a GP clinic and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist with the daily operations of the clinic, including patient registration, temperature taking, weight taking, and administrative tasks.
- Manage CHAS/Medisave/Healthier-SG systems and process payments through E-payment modes (QR pay, Nets).
- Perform COVID-19/Influenza Swabs and ECGs as required.
- Book appointments for patients with chronic diseases and remind them of upcoming appointments.
- Handle incoming calls and enquiries efficiently.
Key Requirements
- Able to work well under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
- Diligent and willing to learn and adapt quickly.
- Excellent communication skills and good command of spoken and written English.
- Familiarity with computer systems and Managed Care portals.
- Minimum GCE O level and above with relevant experience in healthcare/GP clinic setting.
- Customer service orientation and pleasant disposition.
- Ability to speak Mandarin and/or Malay is an advantage.
