EHS Advisor

Job Summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced EHS Advisor to oversee and manage the EHS management system execution for a major construction project. The successful candidate will lead the project team to ensure the project is delivered safely and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive EHS plan for the project
• Assess and approve contractor safety plans
• Participate in project planning meetings and collaborate with construction managers
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure a safe working environment
• Work closely with the client's EHS and project team to identify and mitigate risks
• Promote safe practices on site and develop EHS campaigns
• Verify compliance with regulatory requirements and submit EHS reports to stakeholders
• Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics
• Guide and participate in the site EHS construction committee
• Evaluate the project against global minimum performance requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years' experience in construction with 3 years in a managerial role as an EHS Lead
• Demonstrable experience in managing multi-disciplined semiconductor projects or other relevant industries
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong English language skills
• Certified Safety Engineer
