Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional transportation services to our clients, ensuring a safe and comfortable journey while adhering to our company's high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive luxury vehicles to transport clients to their destinations, ensuring punctuality and safety.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure the vehicle's interior and exterior are clean and well-maintained at all times.
  • Perform vehicle checks before driving, adhering to our company's safety protocols.
  • Assist with luggage handling, tagging, and delivery as required.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Valid driving license, at least Class 3.
  • Private Hire Vocational Driving License or Singapore Taxi Vocational License.
  • Defensive Driving Certificate (an advantage).
  • Experience working in transportation operations, preferably in a service and hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently.
  • Adaptable to rotating shifts, including night shifts.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Singapore roads, hotel locations, places of interest, entertainment, and F&B outlets.
  • Basic technological skills, including operating an iPad, Grid Phone, and GPS.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, with bilingual skills an added advantage.
