Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute live streaming events, ensuring high-quality output and smooth transmission.
  • Operate and manage streaming software, including Zoom, vMix, and OBS, to deliver engaging and interactive experiences.
  • Set up, test, and troubleshoot live streaming equipment and connections to ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitor live streams to identify and resolve any technical issues in real-time.
  • Conceptualize, script, and produce promotional videos to promote company initiatives, using software like Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align video content with brand messaging and goals.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continually improve production quality.
  • Perform regular checks on studio equipment to ensure they are in good working condition, with the latest software and firmware updated.
  • Schedule and perform regular maintenance and repairs as needed, maintaining a good working relationship with contractors and safekeeping contracts and equipment warranties.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience with software like Zoom, vMix, and OBS.
  • Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and/or Davinci Resolve.
  • Familiarity with studio equipment, including video switchers, camera keyboards, NDI teleprompters, and various camera systems.
  • Strong understanding of live production setups, including audio, video, and lighting systems.
  • Proven track record in managing live streaming events, live productions, and conventions.
  • Experience in producing promotional videos and other marketing content.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Quick thinker capable of troubleshooting technical issues on the fly.
  • Able to work on some weekends, after office hours, and holidays.
  • Able to respond and accommodate to last-minute requests.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and handle high-pressure situations calmly.
Working Conditions:
  • Five (5) day work week, Monday and Friday: 9.00 am to 6.00 pm.
