About the Job

We are seeking a senior electrical engineer with extensive experience in building services, project management, and technical expertise. You will be responsible for leading projects from initial scoping through detailed design and commissioning, as well as developing client proposals and tenders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical design within a consulting environment, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in business development. Additionally, they will be able to manage projects from strategic and detailed planning, concept and detailed design, and demonstrate leadership and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead projects from initial scoping through detailed design and commissioning
  2. Develop client proposals and tenders in conjunction with the Work Winning Team
  3. Act as a technical expert to mentor and develop other electrical engineers within the team
  4. Contribute to the development and maintenance of the client plan and positive client relationships
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field
  • At least 10+ years of relevant professional experience in buildings services, project management, and technical expertise
  • Strong background in electrical design within a consulting environment
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven track record in business development
