We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team in creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a curriculum that is responsive to the needs of children, aligned with the principles outlined in the standard ECE Framework.
  • Create a secure and quality learning environment by fostering positive relationships with children and promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Participate in Centre initiatives to support collaborative efforts with the community and contribute to the centre's educational programmes and projects.
  • Maintain good relationships with parents as partners in care and education and keep them informed about their child's progress.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest educational developments and continually upgrade your skills and knowledge to provide high-quality education to children.
  • Role-model professionalism in appearance, speech, and actions and promote a positive and inclusive culture within the centre.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education – Teaching (DECCE-T or CECCCE) or Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player.
  • Experience in Early Childhood is an advantage.

About Us:

We have 15 centres located in Singapore and are committed to providing high-quality early childhood education to young children. We welcome candidates without an early childhood certificate to apply, and we will provide on-the-job training and support to help them take up early childhood courses. We prefer candidates who can work full-time, but we also consider part-time applications.
