This full-time position is based in Singapore.

As a customer service officer, you will be responsible for efficiently handling enquiries, resolving customer issues, and promoting our general insurance products.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and experience working with telesales. They will also have knowledge of sales techniques and processes.

We are looking for someone who can work well under pressure and provide exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct proactive outbound telesales activities to acquire new and renewal customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to resolve customer issues and promote products.
  • Coordinate with other departments to onboard cases in a timely manner.
  • Assist immediate supervisor to prepare reports and improve sales and service strategies.

Requirements:

  • GCE O-Level / Diploma or equivalent.
  • General Insurance certifications on BCP, PGI, and CommGI is Essential.
  • Candidates without insurance certificates may be considered and will need to pass all certs within 2 months.
  • Minimum 2 years of telesales experience.
  • Familiar with general insurance personal lines products.
  • Experience in call centre management and telephony tools.
  • Pleasant telephone voice.
