Senior Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional individual to oversee the day-to-day activities of our dining establishment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the management team in ensuring seamless floor management and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Forecast and plan for daily operations, guaranteeing maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote excellent customer service, up-selling, and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Supervise and participate in maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests, including supervising staff during cleaning activities.
  • Bear responsibility for overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing shifts, managing reservations, setting up tables, greeting guests, and inventorying floor supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain positive team dynamics, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
