HR Administrator for Recruitment Team

We are seeking an HR Administrator to join our dynamic Recruitment Team.
- The successful candidate will provide administrative support with a focus on accuracy and timeliness, ensuring all staff records are set up and maintained with confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance in mind.
- Liaise with Department managers to ensure timely and accurate submission of employees' attendance to payroll team for processing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective solutions.
- Assist in resolving employee queries via email and phone call in a timely manner.
- Process applications, renewal, and cancellation of work passes and related matters for foreign employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR administrative support to the Recruitment Team.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in maintaining staff records.
- Liaise with Department managers to process employee attendance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions.
What We Are Looking For
- Polytechnic Diploma with HR administrative experience is preferred.
- Meticulous and organized, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Resourceful and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with a willingness to learn and accept new challenges.
Salary
$4,500 - $6,000 per month (dependent on experience)
