Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain Equipment and Tools: Ensure that assigned tools and equipment are in good operating condition by following instructions and performing regular maintenance tasks.
  • Install and Replace Equipment: Install, replace, and service various types of equipment and systems, including pumps, turbines, and fans, in accordance with assembly workflow and design specifications.
  • Align Rotating Equipment: Align rotating equipment such as motors, turbines, pumps, and fans using dial indicators or laser alignment equipment to ensure proper seal and bearing life.
  • Meet Safety and Quality Standards: Perform all tasks in accordance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience with pump and equipment installation and alignment.
  • Communication Skills: Possess basic communication skills and ability to understand verbal and written instructions.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Skills
  • Preventive Maintenance: Experience with preventive maintenance techniques and procedures.
  • Troubleshooting: Ability to troubleshoot equipment and systems.
