As a Senior HR Executive, you will be responsible for the execution and administration of Performance Management cycles for staff to support the overall human resource strategies. This includes the annual performance appraisal exercise, promotion exercises, probation and confirmation of employment of non-medical employees and other compensation related tasks for medical staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Performance Management cycles to support the overall human resource strategies.
- Administer annual performance appraisal exercises, promotion exercises, probation and confirmation of employment of non-medical employees and other compensation related tasks for medical staff.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to devise strategies for the management of performance and career planning.
- Contribute to compensation related projects.
Requirements
- Min Degree in Human Resource Management.
- Prior experience with performance management is an added advantage.
- Able to start work immediately or short notice.
