Job Title: RPA Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled RPA Automation Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, computer science, or a related field and be certified and experienced in RPA development. They will also have a solid understanding of Microsoft Excel Macros, QlikSense, and Power BI, as well as familiarity with SQL, APIs, and process mapping/modelling tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement end-to-end automation solutions using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand workflows and identify opportunities for automation.
  • Redesign and streamline processes using RPA, macros, and other automation tools.
  • Develop, test, deploy, and maintain bots on approved platforms.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot bot performance, applying fixes and updates as needed.
  • Maintain version control and change management documentation.
  • Support change management and citizen developer training initiatives.
  • Operate and enhance existing Excel macro programs.
  • Conduct process mapping and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to broader organisational innovation projects as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
  • Certified and experienced in RPA development (UiPath, Power Automate, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel Macros, QlikSense, and Power BI.
  • Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and process mapping/modelling tools.
  • Good programming knowledge for advanced automation, integrations, and debugging.
