Client Focused Project Manager

What is this position about?

  • The Client Engagement and Financial Security team within IT and Operations APAC is focusing on several key areas:

1. Delivering a client-centric experience through the Know Your Customer (KYC) onboarding and recertification of corporate and financial institution clients, as well as the management of referential processes such as client accounts.

2. Establishing a robust control framework to safeguard assets and ensure the integrity of our operations.

3. Developing and implementing efficient processes to support the growth of our business while maintaining a strong focus on risk management.

4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.

This role requires a unique blend of project management skills, business acumen, and technical expertise to drive success in this dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
