About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at EVO OUTSOURCING SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD.

As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and execute comprehensive testing strategies to identify and mitigate potential issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop comprehensive testing strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of our products;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, production, and quality assurance, to identify and address potential issues;
  • Analyze business requirements and technology options to improve testing procedures;
  • Develop and maintain test plans, cases, and scripts to ensure thorough testing of our products;
  • Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations;
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members on testing methodologies and best practices;
Requirements
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field;
  • Proven track record of designing and executing effective testing strategies;
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including JIRA and Confluence;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
  • Familiarity with Java, Rust, and SQL programming languages;
  • Ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement;
  • Results-driven and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality results;
