Job Description:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety standards of our production processes. This involves conducting daily quality surveillance in production areas, conducting audits as per our internal audit program, and inspecting production work according to SOP requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily quality surveillance in production areas to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Conduct audits as per the internal audit program.
  • Inspect production work according to SOP requirements.
  • Vet production work documents.
  • Review and update SOP and Quality manuals.
  • Inspect tools and test equipment for proper condition and handling.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, warranty claims, and other aircraft-related issues.
  • Compile and review Aircraft Summary Reports with the Technical Records Office.

Requirements:
  • Diploma in Aerospace/Aviation Engineering or equivalent.
  • Preferably 3 years of aircraft maintenance experience, with a preference for military experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Quality (ISO 9001 and/or ISO 45001 internal auditor certificates).
  • Experience with C130 aircraft is an advantage.
  • Strong technical writing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
