Job Overview

As a seasoned mechanical engineer, you will be responsible for providing expert services and predictive maintenance solutions to our valued clients.

Our team seeks an experienced professional to conduct comprehensive condition monitoring and diagnostic assessments of mechanical equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of mechanical equipment and systems to identify potential issues and optimize asset performance and lifespan.
  • Develop tailored predictive maintenance strategies to ensure optimal equipment operation and minimize downtime.
  • Analyze equipment data, identify issues, and recommend corrective actions to prevent costly repairs and replacements.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients on the effective use of predictive maintenance technologies.

Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of mechanical systems, vibration analysis, thermography, and other condition monitoring techniques. They should also have solid skills in vibration analysis, balancing, shaft alignment, ultrasound leak detection, and other condition monitoring techniques.

Requirements
  • A Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of experience, or a Diploma with extensive experience, with a focus on predictive maintenance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret equipment data and diagnose mechanical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide technical support and training to clients.
