Operations Leadership Role

The role of Assistant Director/Senior Manager, Operations is to lead and oversee operational activities in a large healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare management, particularly in operations, and will be able to partner with clinical leads to effect patient-centric initiatives.
The successful candidate will assist the Director in working closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and review departmental strategies and work plans, with a view to delivering better value to patients and staff.
This includes optimizing key resources' utilization, ensuring operational/cost effectiveness, and developing and maintaining a financially sustainable value delivery system.
The role also involves implementing patient safety and quality assurance measures, deepening the service culture, and improving patient satisfaction. Additionally, the candidate will assist in developing and aligning business plans with organizational strategies and priorities.
The ideal candidate will possess good organizational and coordination skills, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills. A Bachelor's Degree and above, with at least 8 years of relevant experience, including 5 years of management experience, is required.
