Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented individual to join our team as a Software Engineer. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI-driven automated testing tools, collaborating closely with product managers, traders, and researchers.

You will play a key role in integrating these tools into the product development lifecycle, blurring the lines between quality assurance (QA) and backend engineering (BE) efforts. You will participate in product requirement document (PRD) discussions and code reviews, providing technical insights from both testing and development perspectives.

As a member of our team, you will contribute to making these tools an integral part of the overall product development process. You will design and execute comprehensive test plans for the AI-automated testing tools themselves, including functional testing, end-to-end testing, and regression testing.

Additionally, you will use the tools to conduct these types of testing on the products under development, enhancing testing coverage and efficiency. You will identify, track, and help resolve bugs in both the AI-automated testing tools and the products being tested, ensuring timely and reliable delivery of both the tools and the end-products.

Troubleshoot issues effectively using debugging skills spanning testing and development domains. Develop and run automated test scripts using AI techniques for the testing tools, continuously improving the efficiency and reliability of these scripts, making them reusable across projects and product types.

Conduct load and performance testing on the AI-automated testing tools to ensure scalability for large-scale testing scenarios and evolving product portfolios. Focus on building and enhancing AI-automated testing tools applicable to backend optimization, QA automation, and identity verification, designed to work with different technology stacks including event processing models, web services, REST, Linux, MySQL, and cloud services.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Solid understanding of software engineering principles, QA methodologies, testing practices, and QA tools
  • Familiarity with development concepts like coding, debugging, and system architecture
  • Experience in at least one programming language (Java preferred, Python a plus)
  • Familiarity with event processing models, web services, REST, Linux, MySQL, and cloud services to integrate testing tools with existing technology ecosystems
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum development and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Kanban)
