Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of SGD 80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance and paid annual leave.

Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for the submission of progress claims, assisting the Project Manager on contractual matters, requesting quotations, and preparing cost comparisons. They will also liaise with consultants on contract matters, assess sub-contractor's claims, and work out final accounts.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess a degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field, and have excellent written English skills. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD, with strong procurement and tendering skills.
