This role is for an experienced Test Engineer who can work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

The Test Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining test procedures, tester hardware and software for electronic circuit board production.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in electronics or electrical engineering and excellent programming skills.

They will also have good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual who can take initiative and make decisions with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain test procedures, tester hardware and software for electronic circuit board production.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in test engineering or related field.
  • Excellent programming skills, including Visual Basic and NI TestStand/Labview.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
