  • You will be responsible for investigating and resolving incoming client queries via phone and email.", "
  • You will log all inquiries and accurately document client contact through to resolution in Salesforce CRM.", "
  • You will provide clients with guidance on trading system functionality and workflow.", "
  • You will identify and communicate urgent issues that may have associated P/L and franchise risk.", "
  • You will build knowledge of the financial marketplace and keep up with current industry trends.", "
  • You will contribute to knowledge management efforts.", "
  • You will complete required trainings - regulatory and otherwise.", "
", "Required Skills and Qualifications:", "
  • ", "
  • Previous customer support experience within a highly pressurized environment.", "
  • Previous experience supporting customers by phone and email or chat.", "
  • Previous roles supporting trading workflows.", "
  • FINRA series 7 or 63 preferred.", "
