Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the manager/senior engineer in technical aspects of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct inspections on newly installed equipment and equipment under maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
  • Respond to safety and performance-related breakdowns of equipment in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and implement new measures to improve equipment performance and efficiency.
  • Investigate and submit reports on technical failures of equipment to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Participate in calibration committee activities and ensure all instruments within the department are properly documented and calibrated.
  • Provide technical training to subordinates within the department to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by superiors to support the team's goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with experience in creating tables and analyzing data.
