About the Role:
In this challenging yet fulfilling position, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment that fosters the development of infants and toddlers (2 months to 4 years). Your primary goal is to help them reach their developmental milestones by designing engaging programs and activities that promote social, physical, and intellectual growth.

Key Responsibilities:
* Caring for infants and toddlers with love and dedication
* Planning and delivering programs tailored to individual children's needs and abilities
* Creating a stimulating environment that encourages exploration and learning
* Collaborating with parents to ensure seamless communication and partnership

Requirements:
* Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY) or equivalent qualification
* Bilingual skills in English and Mother Tongue
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Nurturing, creative, and inspiring personality with a passion for child development
