About the Role

We are looking for skilled Music Educators to join our team. As a Music Teacher, you will play a vital role in guiding students in their musical journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create Engaging Lessons: Develop and deliver structured lessons in piano, guitar, violin, or voice, making every class an enjoyable experience for students of all ages.
  • Teach with Passion: Deliver high-quality instruction following our curriculum, ensuring students develop strong musical skills while fostering a lifelong love for music.
  • Conduct Interactive Sessions: Use innovative teaching methods, personalized instruction, and creative exercises to keep students motivated and eager to learn.
  • Encourage Progress: Prepare students for performances and provide clear goals and guidance throughout their musical journey.
  • Stay Connected: Provide regular progress updates to parents through our app, ensuring they stay informed and engaged in their child's musical development.
  • Host Events: Organize student performances and showcase events that give students the confidence to perform in front of an audience and celebrate their achievements.
  • Grow with Us: Represent us at outreach events, roadshows, and other initiatives to promote the joy of music education and connect with new students.
  • Assess and Improve: Track students' progress, provide constructive feedback, and celebrate milestones to keep them motivated and confident.
  • Inspire and Lead: Create a supportive classroom environment where students feel encouraged to express themselves and develop their musical creativity.
  • Continuous Growth: Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and professional development programs to enhance your teaching skills and stay updated on the latest music education trends.
Requirements
  • A Master's, Bachelor's, or Diploma in Music (ATCL/DipABRSM) – we value passionate and well-trained musicians
  • We're looking for someone with a bright personality who can inspire students and make lessons exciting.
  • Confidence in speaking and engaging with students, parents, and colleagues is essential.
