Commercial Litigation Associate

This role involves representing clients in high-stakes business disputes across various industries. Leveraging our expertise, global reach, and strategic insights, we help clients navigate complex legal challenges and achieve favorable outcomes through both court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution methods.

As a Commercial Litigation Associate, you will have excellent judgment and analytical skills, with broad subject matter experience across commercial litigation, international arbitration, and regulatory issues. You will be highly organized and self-motivated, working as part of a team to provide exceptional client service.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in commercial litigation/arbitration and admission to the bar in Singapore or the United States. A US law degree and bar qualification are preferred but not mandatory. Strong academic record and intellectual curiosity are essential for this role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Representing leading technology clients on high-stakes litigation and regulatory disputes in the APAC region.
  • Developing litigation strategy and drafting substantive pleadings for matters worldwide.
  • Advising clients on risk assessments associated with new products, policies, and business structures.
  • Drafting submissions and other documents for international matters.
