Culinary Specialist Role

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cooking High-Quality Traditional Dishes: Prepare authentic Indian and Bangladeshi dishes that meet the highest standards of taste, texture, and presentation.

  2. Maintaining Food Standards: Ensure all dishes are freshly prepared, following proper food handling and storage procedures.

  3. Inventory Management: Plan and arrange ingredients for next day preparation and orders, and monitor stock rotation procedures.

  4. Develop and introduce new dishes and menus that appeal to customers and drive business growth.

  5. Maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their requirements and preferences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Advanced Cooking Skills: Possess advanced cooking skills, including knowledge of recipes, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
