We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sports Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of the department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sports facilities and events.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage the day-to-day operations of our sports department, including overseeing the maintenance of facilities, coordinating competitions and leagues, and promoting sports events within the club.
Additionally, you will be responsible for addressing member inquiries, managing the sports section membership database, and attending meetings with convenors and committee members as required.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a minimum Diploma in Sports Management or equivalent, with at least 3 years' relevant working experience, preferably in the sports industry.
You should be independent, proactive, and diligent, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Good interpersonal skills, a warm and friendly demeanor, and excellent communication skills are essential.
You will enjoy meeting people from diverse backgrounds and be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
