We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced house inspector/surveyor to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of HDB, CONDO, and LANDED properties to identify any defects or issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed property inspections to identify defects or issues
  • Prepare comprehensive inspection reports highlighting findings and recommendations
  • Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on inspection progress and results

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g. surveying, architecture, engineering)
  • At least 2 years of experience in property inspection or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
