Job DescriptionThe Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for owning the Profit and Loss (P&L) across all regions, optimizing margin, Customer Acquisition Cost to Lifetime Value (CAC:LTV), fulfillment, and logistics.
They will also professionalize and scale the organization by clarifying roles, reducing complexity, and building high-performing teams. The COO will drive cross-functional execution across marketing, operations, product, and Customer Experience (CX).
In addition, they will build the future by launching new products, entering new markets, and executing growth with precision.
Requirements- Experience leading at scale—ideally as a COO, VP Operations, General Manager, or similar role at a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) brand with strong revenue and operational complexity.
