Electroplating Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Product Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving product growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations.

As a Product Growth Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product strategies that drive revenue growth and customer engagement.

You will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to capitalize on them.

Additionally, you will play a key role in collaborating with the product management team to enhance product expertise and contribute to the expansion of our business.

Reporting to the Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts and collaborating with the global technology team to ensure successful product launches.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in Chemical or Electroplating Engineering (B.E./ B.Tech/ M.Sc. Chemistry or related field) and at least 5 years of work experience in electroplating or related Specialty chemicals.

The successful candidate will also have excellent presentation and communication skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Key Responsibilities:
