Sourcing and Merchandising Operations Assistant

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sourcing/Merchandising Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating samples, and ensuring accurate data entry into company systems.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage data entry and maintenance in the company's IT systems
  • Assist with purchase order (P/O) processing and order follow-up
  • Coordinate product samples for review and approval
  • Support the team in guiding vendors on company requirements, while maintaining close communication with internal teams and external partners

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in an order processing role is advantageous
  • Open-minded, eager to learn, self-motivated, and a strong team player
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word); intermediate knowledge of Excel functions, such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP is a plus
  • Proficient in Chinese for communication with native Chinese-speaking stakeholders based in China
