Seeking an experienced Credit Analyst to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a corporate credit analysis role and come from a financial services background (banking, asset-backed lending, rating agency). This is a client-facing position requiring strong technical skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess buyers with all information available in our database and market knowledge to decide credit limit requests consistently within the response time included in our Risk Business Model.
  • Monitor the risk portfolio by requesting additional information to our Risk office, according to Information Quality Standards.
  • Be responsible for a dedicated portfolio of customers, steer it, and provide a proactive service level by regularly meeting customers and brokers, and organizing telephone conferences.
  • Support our Commercial Department in steering customers' loss ratio and implementing actions to ensure or restore profitability of a portfolio.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a financial institution or rating agency as a financial/credit analyst.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of the local economic and business environment.
  • Expertise in specific trade sectors.
  • Ability to interact with senior managers externally to obtain information.
  • Ability to network and forge relationships quickly in a multicultural environment.
  • Self-starter/able to work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
