We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support our research on power electronics for renewable energy systems.

Senior Research Fellow: A Career Opportunity in Power Electronics Analysis, Simulation, and Experimental Validation

As a Senior Research Fellow, you will design and develop topologies and control strategies for DC/DC, DC/AC, and AC/DC power converters. You will conduct simulations, experiments, and analysis to advance power conversion solutions for renewable energy systems. Your expertise in power electronics analysis, simulation, and experimental validation will be essential in achieving our research goals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative topologies and control strategies for power converters.
  • Conduct in-depth simulations, experiments, and analysis to optimize power conversion solutions.
  • Evaluate the compliance of existing or proposed converter solutions with grid codes and standards.
  • Prepare technical reports, presentations, and publications to disseminate research outcomes.
  • Contribute to research proposals and project deliverables.
  • Support laboratory activities, including equipment maintenance, procurement, and administrative tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field, with a strong academic and publication track record. Solid expertise in power electronics analysis, simulation, and experimental validation is also required.
