Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in practice meetings and ongoing activities\

  • Engage in regular continuing professional development and training\

  • Provide education and support to patients and carers\
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills in osteopathic practices and techniques\
  • Communicate effectively with patients, carers and other healthcare professionals\
  • Use IT systems to manage patient information and practice operations\
  • Comply with relevant legislation, regulations and standards\
  • Adhere to organisational policies and procedures\
  • Participate in performance management and appraisal processes\
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as required by the Practice Manager\
  • Be flexible and willing to adapt to changing circumstances\
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improvements\
  • Support the achievement of organisational goals and objectives\
  • Be proactive in promoting the organisation's values and principles\
  • Attend and participate in staff meetings, training sessions and other events\
