We are seeking a dedicated and professional CastrictServiceAssistant
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be responsible for managing walk-in customers' registration and billings, answering incoming calls, explaining health screening profiles, sorting and distributing medical reports, and monitoring visitors entering the laboratory.
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both in English and Chinese, and have experience working with diverse client groups. They will be proactive, independent, and able to multitask effectively while maintaining a professional attitude at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage walk-in customers' registration and billings
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Explain health screening profiles and answer questions from clients
- Sort and distribute medical reports to clients
- Monitor visitors entering the laboratory and ensure a safe and secure environment
- Maintain a clean and organized front office area
- Ensure all duties are performed in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and comply with Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) requirements
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in a related field (e.g. customer service, hospitality, business)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience working in a customer-facing role
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends
