About the Role


Are you a seasoned expert in platform operations, with a passion for driving efficiency and excellence?
We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Platform Operation Specialist to join our TikTok team

TikTok is a leading global social media platform, with a fast-paced and dynamic environment that's perfect for someone who thrives on challenge and collaboration.


As a Senior Platform Operation Specialist, you'll be responsible for leading the platform operation specialist team to analyze and maximize user feedback tickets insights, provide and implement best solutions to enhance ticket handling effectiveness, and bring optimizations to product and business teams via close collaborations with oncall teams, product teams, engineer teams and other business partners teams.


This role requires a strong background in escalations process management, with experience in technical issues and excellent problem-solving skills. You'll also need to have rich experience in building knowledge bases for users and internal teams, as well as great project management, stakeholders management and time management skills.


The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5+ years of relevant work experience in user operations/product technical support/product operations/project management. Minimum 2+ years of people management experience and minimum 3+ years of data analysis experience are also required.
