Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor Position

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for preparing sales orders and quotations, handling variation orders, progress claims, and final payments.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare sales orders and quotations accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle variation orders, progress claims, and final payments in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a related field such as quantity surveying or construction management.
  • Proven experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of quantity surveying principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Arrangements

This is a full-time position working 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) from 8am to 5:30pm. You will be based in Joo Koon and will have access to modern facilities and equipment.
