About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality control department, you will be responsible for supporting method transfer, method suitability testing, and microbiology-related qualification activities.

Your primary focus will be on conducting microbiology-related routine and non-routine activities according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will also perform product sample testing to meet product release timelines, participate in the change management process related to microbiology operations, and assist in investigations of microbial contamination in production processes.

To succeed in this role, you will need a degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field. Relevant experience in quality control and microbiology within a pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment is also essential.

About You

  • Strong knowledge of cell culture maintenance and testing methods to support transfer activities
  • Familiarity with method suitability testing, regulatory guidelines, and qualification processes
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team
