Installation Team Leader

The Installation Team Leader will oversee the installation of air conditioning systems in residential and commercial units.

  • Install ducting, ceiling, and wall-mounted Fancoil aircon systems.
  • Manage residential and commercial unit installations.
  • Ensure all installations meet standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.
  • Maintain tools and equipment for efficient use.

Requirements:

  • Class 3 Singapore driving license.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic English language skills.
  • Able to work night jobs.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm.
  • Saturday: 9am - 12pm (checking jobs and handling complaints).

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation of air conditioning systems, ensuring that all installations meet company standards and regulations. This includes managing residential and commercial unit installations, collaborating with team members, and maintaining tools and equipment.

To succeed in this role, you must have a Class 3 Singapore driving license and basic English language skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as is the ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues. Working night jobs is also a requirement.

As an Installation Team Leader, you will work closely with other team members to achieve project goals. You will also be responsible for maintaining tools and equipment to ensure efficient use.
