Job Opportunity: Skincare Specialist\

The role of a Skincare Specialist is to deliver exceptional client care and maintain high standards in skincare services. Key responsibilities include performing facial treatment services, recommending suitable treatments and products, and ensuring clients' satisfaction and comfort.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver world-class skincare services using medical-grade equipment.
  • Assess clients' needs and provide professional advice on skincare treatments.
  • Recommend, educate, and promote suitable treatments and products to clients.
  • Actively participate in sales initiatives and meet sales targets.
  • Maintain the cleanliness & neatness of workstations and assist in inventory management.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments and maintaining accuracy in customers' treatment logs and customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Build rapport and establish good relationships with customers to ensure customer retention.

Requirements:

  • Possess CIBTAC / CIDESCO / ITEC qualification or other relevant beauty certifications.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in beauty therapy.
  • Dedicated and strong willingness to learn.
  • High-level of initiative and motivated to drive sales.
  • Exhibits the right values toward customers.
  • Able to communicate and listen well.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and pleasant disposition.
