Job Title: Strategic Communications Leader

This role is responsible for driving the implementation and execution of internal and external communications strategies across various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of corporate communications principles and practices, with a proven track record of developing and executing effective communication plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Design and deliver engaging content to diverse audiences, leveraging various channels and formats.
  • Monitor and report on communication effectiveness, providing data-driven insights to inform future strategy.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate communications, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful communication campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to diverse audiences.
