ERP Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned ERP project manager to lead the implementation of our enterprise resource planning system. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating with external consultants, customizing reports and forms, and providing first-line support for ERP-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead ERP project management and implementation in coordination with external consultants.
  • Customize reports and forms as needed.
  • Serve as the first-line support for ERP-related issues.
  • Research and recommend new technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management and implementation of ERP systems, covering all finance modules: GL, AR, AP, Cash Book, Project Costing, and Procurement.
  • Strong understanding of accounting concepts such as accruals, amortization, and cost recognition.
  • Programming skills with the ability to customize reports based on user requirements.
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure, including VLAN, VPN, firewall configuration, and subnets.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office 365 administration and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with security systems such as CCTV and door access controls.
  • Familiarity with systems commonly used by property developers, particularly for leasing and residential property sales.
  • Experience in SAP ABAP development is an added advantage.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Accountancy, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.
