We are seeking a skilled Shipyard QA Management professional to join our team at ANRADUS PTE. LTD.

As a Shipyard QA Management professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing a detailed plan for enhancing product quality, aligned with the company's strategic goals and vision.

You will supervise and document product quality metrics to monitor developments and pinpoint areas needing enhancement, and carry out inspections and evaluations to detect and rectify potential quality threats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a detailed plan for enhancing product quality
  • Supervise and document product quality metrics to monitor developments and pinpoint areas needing enhancement
  • Carry out inspections and evaluations to detect and rectify potential quality threats
  • Cooperate with vendors to ensure their products comply with our quality standards
  • Work alongside various divisions, including engineering, manufacturing, classification societies, and suppliers, to maintain uniform quality throughout the product lifecycle
  • Keep updated of the latest quality enhancement methodologies and tools
  • Monitor and analyze warranty data for reporting, implement changes to new products, and drive continuous enhancement

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in quality management within the marine or shipyard industry
  • Proficient in quality improvement tools and methodologies, such as root cause analysis and preventive action planning
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor quality metrics, conduct audits, and implement corrective actions effectively
  • Proven leadership abilities to lead cross-functional teams
